As announced on May 8, 2025, we are pleased to announce that as of today, our company and Nakashima Holdings Co., Ltd. have completed the procedures for the transfer of all shares held by Teijin Limited. With the completion of this transaction, as of today, our company has ceased to be a consolidated subsidiary of Teijin and has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nakashima Holdings.

Additionally, as previously announced, we have changed our company name to "NAKASHIMA HEALTHFORCE CO., LTD." and have established a new management structure.
