We are pleased to announce that an agreement has been finalized wherein our company and Nakashima Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire all shares of our company currently held by Teijin Limited.

　

Pursuant to this agreement, effective from the scheduled date noted below, our company will cease to be a consolidated subsidiary of Teijin Limited and will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nakashima Holdings Co., Ltd. Concurrently, our company name will change, and we will embark on a new chapter as NAKASHIMA HEALTHFORCE CO., LTD.
